What’s the final date I can spend my World Organics rewards points on the WorldOrganics website?
The final date you can spend your World Organics points on the World Organics website is Wednesday, December 18th . After that, any remaining points will transfer to The Organic Skin Co. loyalty program, provided you have signed up for a new account.
When will my remaining World Organics rewards points be transferred to my new TheOrganic Skin Co. account?
All remaining World Organics rewards points will be tallied after Wednesday, December 18th
and transferred to your account with The Organic Skin Co. in the days that follow.
When will the extra 2000 points be added to my new account?
We will add 2000 points to your account with The Organic Skin Co. after Wednesday, December 18th . There is considerable administrative work required to complete this task, so the process might take a week or two in some instances.
I already have an account with The Organic Skin Co., in addition to my World Organics account. Am I still eligible to receive the 2000 point reward?
Yes, alongside those who sign up for the first time, everyone who currently has an account with The Organic Skin Co. in New Zealand or Australia will receive 2000 points. Please note that the reward can’t be claimed twice. You will receive the reward either for signing up for the first time or for holding an existing account, not both.
Can I return products purchased from World Organics after December 18th ?
For us, it is business as usual. We will honour returns. After December 18 th , if you have a product that you purchased from World Organics and you wish to return it, we ask that you contact us at
When I transfer accounts, will my points still be worth the same amount? Also, will I retain my current Tier level or its equivalent?
Whereas World Organic loyalty points are calculated on the basis that 10 points are equivalent to $1 spend, The Organic Skin Co. loyalty points are calculated on the basis that 100 points are equivalent to $1 spend. To maintain parity, we will therefore adjust your existing WO rewards points by a factor of 10.
For example, if you carry 50 World Organics loyalty points across to your new account, your points will be adjusted to 500 TOSC loyalty points. 100 WO points will be worth 1,000 TOSC points, 500 WO points will be worth 5,000 TOSC points, and so on.
This means you will either be retained at your current Tier Level status or go up one level (if the addition of 2,000 points means you become eligible to move into a higher rewards tier). In other words:
- All current Level 1 Sapling Members will become either Tier 1 Pioneer Members or Tier 2 Sage Members
- All Level 2 Glade Members will become Tier 2 Sage Members or Tier 3 Gaia Members
- All Level 3 Forest Members will become Tier 3 Gaia Members
