What does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is $5.50 per order.* Orders over $150 enjoy free postage and handling.*
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO?
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
Depending on your country and location, your order should arrive within 2-12 business days of the time your order is processed, using World Organics standard shipping methods. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
World Organics orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse via the following methods:
- New Zealand parcels are sent by Courier Post.
- Australia parcels are dispatched from New Zealand by air and handled by either Australia Post or Toll Courier Service once in Australia. All orders are trackable.

How do I pay?
You can currently pay in New Zealand or Australian dollars depending on the geo location you are shopping in. If shopping in Australia you will pay in $AUS, if shopping in New Zealand you will pay in $NZ. Some credit companies may charge you an additional international transaction fee.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Alternatively you can shop using PayPal, the world’s largest and most reliable online payment system.
What about Customs Clearance?
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
A customs declaration must accompany international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value of the sale less any applicable affiliate payment, which is generally 30% less than retail.
Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, in some countries products may be undeliverable.
How do I return a product?
World Organics hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within thirty business days of your receipt of goods.
