Overnight Protein Oats
Using Warrior Blend Protein
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup)
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

Divide and place the ingredients into two mason jars.

Mix the ingredients together in each mason jar.

Cover with an airtight lid and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Enjoy in the morning!
Notes
Adjusting the consistency:
- Too Thin – If the overnight oats seem to thin or watery, add a little bit more protein powder to thicken.
- Too Thick – If the oats are too thin and dense, add more milk (2 Tbsp at a time) until you reach the desired thickness.
Berry Power Smoothie Bowl
Using Warrior Blend Protein and Beauty Greens Collagen
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Beauty Greens Collagen
Instructions
- In a blender combine milk, frozen fruit, hemp seeds, protein powder (if using), and peanut butter. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or onto a plate, and unleash your creativity by adding your desired toppings. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
Notes
- Pour any leftover smoothie into an airtight container and seal it with its lid. If you can store the smoothie base away from the toppings. Pop it in the fridge and enjoy it within the next 24 hours.
